Do not go unless really really are hard up for a job
Chemisy (Former Employee) –  Shreveport LAAugust 7, 2016
Lab is run by immature management who encourages cliques, cliques that make a game out of and brag about whom they can manage to fire.If you get on their target list and relocate you are screwed. No job security at all because of these people.Maybe if you are from the area and are hard up for a job for a couple of years it might be ok.However,if you can pass it up,I would.
Pros
Cafeteria, pay and benefit average to above average
Cons
Coworkers and Managers

Laboratory Worker (Former Employee) –  Shreveport, LAJune 3, 2016
You will end up working 40+ hours a week, weekends included. No such thing as holidays. Management is immature, unprofessional, and inexperienced. The job isn't bad, it is the people. You will not advance in this company due to hark work and over achieving. Management does not like to be challenged. Benefits are good, but save yourself the trouble and pass this place up. The stress and unhappiness this company will bring isn't worth it. If you decide to work here, make it a minimum of 2 years. Get your experience, and move on. Good luck!

It is okay as a make shift job. Environment is okay. But some departments are always fighting with each other. Some senior management staff behave like immature inexperienced. No leadership or direction. No effort to change things. Very ad hoc working style.
