We are currently seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to work as a part of our business development team. The successful candidate will exceed expectations by researching and developing sales leads through the use of outbound calls and email marketing efforts.   • $13-$16 per hour plus commission (Negotiable based upon experience)
  • Monthly commissions could range from $200 - $600 or more based upon performance
  • Part-time or Full-time

Essential Functions:

  • Research & identify targeted prospect firms with 5 or more active job openings
  • Determine appropriate individuals to contact with in targeted firm (i.e. HR Manager, VP Operations, Plant Manager, Hiring Manager, Office Manager, CFO, etc.)
  • Cold call prospects
  • Learn about the prospect’s hiring needs & challenges
  • Describe/educate/sell OnDemand Candidate Sourcing features
  • Secure a follow up call/meeting with DreamJobs leadership
  • Enter all data into or Excel spreadsheet
  • Perform calls with a passion & enthusiasm
  • Become a OnDemand subject matter expert
  • Conduct call with excellent communication skills
  • High volume outbound calls
  • Perform in a fast paced environment
  • Can do attitude (must be able to handle rejection)
  • Requires persistence
  • Flexible hours & may be able to work virtually
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude


  • Up to 2 years sales experience or recruiter experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
