Doing too much and not getting great

The company is doing so many things and making so many films, the lack of focus and concentration shows. The company is not getting great at anything.
Top-heavy. There are too many managers in the kitchen.
Hardest part of the job are the many unstructured meetings.
Best part of the job is actually getting some work done.
