I worked as a customer service representative in there call center. I was able to assist callers with placing there orders to tracking there packages. The management and leaders of the office were very easy to work with. Very supportive and able to answer all our questions. The hardest part of the job was mainly during the holidays when we would experience high call volume. But the most enjoyable part of the job was being able to work with a team of people that supported each other.
