Assisted reconstruction team where needed. Called water mitigation customers and sold reconstruction services, scheduled an estimator to estimate the damages from their water loss for reconstruction, answered questions/concerns. Scheduled Project Managers and subcontractors doing repairs to home to meet with Homeowners upon approval. Worked with Flooring Project Managers to order and receive flooring material and scheduled floors to be installed accordingly. Scanned, attached and filed paperwork for each claim. Answered incoming calls to department and distributed or assisted accordingly.
