Company with the fortitude to try and raise their customer satisfaction
Sales (Current Employee), San Antonio, TXJanuary 5, 2015
Pros: great crew, bosses that listen to you and respond
Cons: ...
Typically speak to hundreds of people throughout the week in order to establish water and coffee delivery accounts. The company though not new to the business, is consistently looking to improve customer satisfaction. When something does not work well, they try to immediately take the bull by the horns to correct the issue. e.g. delivery accountability

long hours can get very frustrating
costco sales representative (Current Employee), salinas caJanuary 2, 2015
Pros: discount on water service for your home
Cons: standing all day dealing with frustrating people.
First of all having your own vehicle is a must!
The pay is decent if you sell alot.
You have to be at Costco from open to close Wednesday - Sunday.
A plus is that you get benefits vis, medi, dental, 401k, life insurance but you still have to pay for that.
You also get a discount on water service for your self.
no room for advancement ever! But other than that it's actually a decent job better than working at a fast food joint. the pay is $25,000 a year base pay + $12-$15 a sale. This job would be great for a single young person. If you go to school or have another job forget about if this is a full time job.

Pros: co workers
Cons: everything. skilled tradesmen should stay a way.sweat shop.. management is the worst.
Bad working conditions. Dishonest management. Overall worst place I have ever worked. Management would work you 10 -12 hours. Then send you home early to avo id overtime. Work under threats and intimidation. STAY AWAY THIRD WORD COUNTRY SWEAT SHOP.

Take a number
loader (Former Employee), FlApril 15, 2014
Pros: great coworkers, free coffee.
Cons: disorganization, unsafe working conditions, overworked underpaid.
I learned that this company treats its employee`s like dirt.Overworking them by taking on other companies products without facilitating for the expansion.Working conditions in warehouse were harsh breathing in gases from fleet mechanic`s duties and not enough room to do your job as a loader due to overcrowded warehouse.I could go on.

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee), Oakwood GaMarch 31, 2014
Pros: sometimes it's air conditioned
Cons: you're treated like you're in day care for adults (sorry, no recess)
“some of the co workers are great. If you're looking to get into the Admin field, it's an excellent opportunity to get some experience and hone your skills. With that said, it's not a Admin job, it's a gopher job

Extremely Poor
Delivery Driver (Former Employee), Salt Lake City, UTMarch 5, 2014
Pros: no pros
Cons: no cons
Poor working conditions. Long hrs with low pay, managers don't even know how to manage and it's a blame game if something goes wrong. It's all about numbers! An employee is just another number. I worked there for eight months glad to leave the company.

Route Drive (Former Employee), Salinas, CASeptember 6, 2013
Pros: left alone to run route
Cons: no movement in company, poorly organized
Worked outside which was nice on routes. Drive truck and deliver water for 9-12 hrs a day.
lack of organization & common sense applied to route development, Wished they had software to solidify delivery routes which would make sense if youre a logistics company.

Pros: great company luncheons every month for all employees
Cons: cleaning up after the luncheons
Transport company goods to distribution points;operate forklifts to load and unload.Control and document all applicable written reports and procedures. The hardest part of the job was getting the maintenance done on company tractor and trailers. The most enjoyable part of the job, completing my daily task and being on time.

good group of employees, management questionable
Route Sales Representative (Former Employee), Edison, NJFebruary 5, 2013
Pros: schedule can be favorable, day ends when you're finished
Cons: poor management from top to bottom
Work day is what you make it, not much support from management, so if you go out and get your job done, you are done. In the event of illness or vacation, coverage was not very good. Good group of coworkers, but business is individual based, so not really a "team" operation.

Sad little company
Quality Assurance (Former Employee), Orlando, FlDecember 2, 2012
Pros: good product.
Cons: poor management; cut throat mentality; unrealistic expectations.
Previous employee for over 5 years. NO team spirit and currently a bully stirs up trouble with others and lies on them. Management out of touch with employees and really have no idea what we do. Expect two men to the work of three so they can save money. It's all about the bosses and their bonuses. Poor uniforms. Unexpected job changes and poorly defined goals. Great potential but very self serving, cut throat people. Good product especially the spring water.
