The accuracy and clarity of DSCI's invoice is another important component. In fact, our Account Executives personally deliver the first few invoices to each customer and review every charge-line by line-to verify that our service is billed at the price we promised.

The business customer's awareness of all network costs is important because failure to include these charges in your telecommunications budget can cause you to underestimate network expenses. Unfortunately, many carriers choose not to quote taxes or surcharges with the rationale that these are mandatory, pass-through charges that provide little or no margin.
