DudaMobile is looking for an ambitious, proven sales professional to help drive our growing network of resellers. The Reseller Sales & Account Manager will seek new business, field inbound requests, educate prospects on reseller program options, and help build one of the fastest growing segments of our business. Duties also include managing the existing base of resellers and the associated support and marketing activities needed to grow these relationships.
You must have a clear understanding of the mobile space and understand the challenges that SMB’s face. In addition, you must demonstrate the ability to sell in a consultative manner and have a strong understanding of online marketing and social media strategies used by SMB’s and agencies. This is an ideal position for a 'people person' who likes to develop strategic win-win relationships with their customers.
The Reseller Sales & Account Manager will report to the Senior Sales Manager.
- BA or equivalent, MBA preferred
- 2-4 years experience in sales, successful negotiations, closing deals, strategic account management, and exceeding goals
- 2-4 years experience with CRM, other sales tools
- 1-3 years experience in direct marketing, or SaaS environment
- Detail-oriented, high-energy individual who is able to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction focused mindset,
- Must be a self-starter who enjoys a “work hard, play hard” team culture
- Occasional travel
- Build and maintain relationships with an assigned book of business including existing and new resellers
- Understand reseller interests, translate best practices techniques and drive initiatives that lead to increased adoption of DudaMobile tools and services by end users
- Grow the revenue of the assigned book of business incrementally quarter over quarter
- Effectively market to resellers using webinars, whitepapers, targeted offers, etc.
- High-level project management and support of marketing programs
- Represent partner programs at trade shows and events
- Maintain reseller satisfaction by identifying reseller issues and coordinating with internal teams to develop solutions
- Accurately maintain sales data in CRM tool
- Successfully negotiate agreements and execute on contractual obligations
- Other duties as assigned
