Overall it was easy going place. They have about the worst trucks(cdl) I have ever encountered at a job. None of the water trucks used on construction site would ever pass a real Dot inspection. I'm talking about 1983 model trucks they want you to take on public highways.
My supervisor and foreman were great to work for. Job was fairly easy, just some long hours during the summer months.
Poor pay for labor hands starting out. Not much advancement or pay raises. Zero benefits like PTO, holiday pay, sick pay.
Also weather dependent. If it rained all week, you don't work and do not get paid.
