Executive Administrative Assistant (to CFO, Short Hills, NJ - April 24, 2017
Dun & Bradstreet was a great place to work until everyone needs to ensure that their jobs are secure. To many times people are put under the bus, when things should be seriously reviewed that were of importance they were sweeped under the rug. I learned a lot about interacting with a diverse group of people. Management did not match people appropriately. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the changing attitudes of the senior level managers when things were not going the way they wanted. Too many individual agendas. Not enough true teamwork.
