The culture of the organization is horrible. People do not speak to you and the management have very bad attitudes. The friends of management are the only ones promoted to new positions. The employee turnover is extremely high. Race is an important factor when giving consideration for selected positions. Education is not a factor, they will give a position to someone with a high school diploma versus a college degree (race plays a part). Training mechanisms consist of showing you how to do the work, continue to pile more work on you with minimal instructions; senior and management are never on the same page. Advised that everyone is not a trainer. You're under scrutiny for your work processes, although you may lack understanding, management does not care. You have weekly meetings about the same issues, and management does not accept your opinions. You will be micro-managed. Management takes things personal. Management will talk about you amongst their peers and plot to get rid of you. The account managers will have you repeating your work processes due to last minutes request. The job has everyones' hands in the cookie jar- several internal departments, the clients, and account managers. You will spend lots of time searching for errors. Most of the work does not upload to the system, so you will be researching daily what did not upload and requesting to have it fixed. Pay is minimal to the amount of stress you will deal with. There has been no increase in pay for the past two years. The position cannot keep employees, even supervisors.
