Cons: some
Private company- no investors in company/ advancement is favored by family and friends not skills or talent. Inexperienced mangement and high turn over rate in management: 9 supervisors in a finishing department in 15 years, 4 plant managers most inexperienced. High turn over rate in employees as well. no room for advancement when skills are mastered. – more... Benifits are well. Dangerous environment. – less

Transporter (Former Employee), Woodstock, ILJune 13, 2012
My job title was called a Transporter. I drove the forklift and pouring 2500 degrees melted metal into the bar machines to make steel bars. The job was a very repetitive but on the up side a steady job. Until they lost there contract, along with myself many got laid off.
