Small service/installation company, located in a professional home based office is looking for an office manager. The right candidate will have at least 5 years experiences as an office manager, not an office assistant, or receptionist, but an Office Manager.
Must possess the following:
-Expert Knowledge of QuickBooks
-Experience scheduling service calls and routing technicians
-Taking customer orders by phone and mailing out their orders
-Maintenance of organizational databases, data entry, updates.
-Manage incoming and outgoing communications (telephone, email, and fax).
-Serve as primary point of contact for general inquiries.
-Create and maintain filing systems, help with photocopying, mailings, restocking of office supplies and organizational materials, and preparing materials for presentations
This is a part time position. 3 Days a week, Monday, Wed, Fri 9-12 hours weekly. Salary based upon experience. Only resumes with salary requirements will be considered.
