'Wired for Learning' is an innovative collaboration in which middle-school teachers can post student assignments and class notes for parents to review and communicate with – more... teachers on-line.
With the very latest in computer technology right at our back door, it is only fitting that we take advantage of the many resources available. Durham Public Schools, Duke and IBM are partnering with our local libraries and community centers to establish computer access for those who might not otherwise have it. In doing this, we ensure that many more parents can have the means to communicate with their children's teachers through the interactive Web sites that teachers have developed.
