Dynamic Marketing provides Call Center solutions to clients and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service on their behalf. Dynamic is based in Livonia, Michigan and has grown from 10 employees to over 70 in the past 3 years.
Our Call Center operations provide both inbound and outbound services, email correspondence and click to chat communication. The majority of our client base is in the automotive industry as well as the new home building arena. We believe in empowering our employees to contribute in a positive way to our team, delivering customer service that far exceeds traditional expectations and providing a positive work environment for our team members.
We are currently seeking Candidates who have the desire to be an integral part of a team that is focused on delivering amazing results every day!
Education/Knowledge: High School education or GED Equivalent; basic computer skills
Experience / Skill: 1-2 years customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills required.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday 8am - 11pm EST
