Typical work day I would come in and answer the phones and schedule technicians to do work. I had to self-train myself on how to do this position because it was not what I was initially hired for and the girl who had the position had already left the company by time I took over. Technicians would argue with me about work that I had given them. Service orders would not get done by the technicians and there was no consequences for their actions when brought up to management.
