Not enough training on system and product from management, to get on the phone and start getting me appointments-opportunities and just after my 30 days, I was terminated due to poor performance, or just not getting it. Any time I tried asking my manager questions, well you should already know this, then showed me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and felt like walking on egg shells and not wanting to ask questions to get better at my role, a Sales Associate. Every where else I worked with I had great coaches and mentors and they saw great things with my work ethics.
