In developing E-Scan Research, Abbott Hilelson relied upon his 20 + years of experience as a senior HR executive and consultant. His talent management experience spans several industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, retail, consulting, financial services, manufacturing and civil engineering. Abbott has held HR leadership positions with General Electric, Nabisco, Schering-Plough, Citibank, Pall Corporation and The Chazen Companies. In addition to his corporate experience, Abbott served as a senor HR consultant and Partner with Arthur Andersen and QED consulting where he delivered value added HR services to clients such as Quantum, Prudential, American Express, Readers Digest, Ciba Specialty Chemicals and the Southland Corporation, to name a few. Today, E-Scan Research serves business leaders across a range of industries and disciplines.
