BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (Former Employee) – Simi Valley, CA – December 14, 2015
• Performed analysis to identify business requirements, priorities and recommendations. • Conducting competitive marketing research and customer need analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansions. • Meeting new customers, and making presentations to explain Organization capabilities and get new business opportunities.
e-Solutions sells web-based Medicare tracking tools to healthcare providers. Your job will be to call potential business prospects(cold-calling) If you consistently miss your sales numbers they will terminate you. I'm not saying that the management is harsh or the goals are too high but you have to be ambitious to succeed.
There's some people that work there that are really good at selling over the phone and make good money (60-80k a year) It takes a while to build a client base and you probably won't make a lot in your first year.
The people that work there are nice more the most part and it's a relaxed atmosphere. It's a family owned business and they treat their employees like family and do some fun company outings. The job just wasn't for me but if you're a self-starter that doesn't mind hearing NO 60 times a day it might work for you.
Low stress, fun company outings, high max money potential, no nights or weekends.
Cold-calling, management sometimes isn't helpful with account issues, sitting in a cubicle all day, can get really boring.
Recruit (Former Employee) – Texas – February 21, 2014
e-Solutions, Inc. is not to be trusted. When salary for a position is discussed, the give lower numbers than what the hiring company is offering. In addition, they lie about the length of time a position should last, and they recruit for positions that do not exist. Stay away.
