Casual Attire
National Account Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Overland Park, KSMarch 11, 2017
8-5 M-F don't be late. All outbound calls, cold leads are provided. Training leaves a lot to be desired. Their main focus is that you are there by 8:00 and make a designated number of phone calls. Must have X amount of web demonstrations per week, X amount of trials set up and X amount of signed contracts per month.
Pros
Casual attire and flexible lunches, residual commissions.
Cons
No auto dialer, no sick time, no real room for advancement, it takes about a year to start getting a consistent commission.

If you like cold calling you'll do fine.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Olathe, KSFebruary 8, 2015
e-Solutions sells web-based Medicare tracking tools to healthcare providers. Your job will be to call potential business prospects(cold-calling) If you consistently miss your sales numbers they will terminate you. I'm not saying that the management is harsh or the goals are too high but you have to be ambitious to succeed.

There's some people that work there that are really good at selling over the phone and make good money (60-80k a year) It takes a while to build a client base and you probably won't make a lot in your first year.

The people that work there are nice more the most part and it's a relaxed atmosphere. It's a family owned business and they treat their employees like family and do some fun company outings. The job just wasn't for me but if you're a self-starter that doesn't mind hearing NO 60 times a day it might work for you.
Pros
Low stress, fun company outings, high max money potential, no nights or weekends.
Cons
Cold-calling, management sometimes isn't helpful with account issues, sitting in a cubicle all day, can get really boring.

Not a position I would ever want again
Consultant - Sr. App Analyst - Boeing (Current Employee) –  Auburn, WAOctober 12, 2014
The recruiter are very misleading... understatement of the year

But, the office staff is EXCELLENT!

Position was advertised as a 12-18 month contract, but turned out to be less than 6 months. Recruiter made promises, but because they were not in writing... I lost that battle...
Pros
office staff
Cons
Recruit from India...

Do not trust this company!!!!!
Recruit (Former Employee) –  TexasFebruary 21, 2014
e-Solutions, Inc. is not to be trusted. When salary for a position is discussed, the give lower numbers than what the hiring company is offering. In addition, they lie about the length of time a position should last, and they recruit for positions that do not exist. Stay away.
Pros
NONE
Cons
Unethical, Dishonest
