I agree with everything said in this comment. When you have a manager ( who is a preacher's wife ) lie, cuss, and treat employees like they are her slave it doesn't make for a nice work place. Also do not depend on HR to help you. He will throw you under the bus. I loved my job, but the way this paper was managed and how they treated employee...I had to leave before my BP went any higher.

In 2002 - 2007 were the good years. Use to make $60 - $85 annually. Since 2008 company struggles and pressures sales reps to sell more do more with daily company meetings. Lots of ride withs from upper management due to Corp dictatorship. Classified Manager for real estate is extremly moody, sends hundreds of emails a week and is a total control freak. Salesforce.com is now implemented and they baby sit every thing you do. Goals are out of wack and online sales are pushed with high pressure. Favortism is over the top. They dont want individuality or any one person to stand out from another. Best of luck if you decide to test the place out in Knoxville.
