E3 Federal has some very professional people, but to be happy there you need to enjoy the game of federal consulting; i.e preying on the government's perceived dependence on contractors to get the job done. People at E3 talk a very good game, and the company will probably continue to grow.
management is very alert against those who don't conform

This is a quality company when compared to some of the other similarly sized federal consulting and contracting firms. When it comes to moving to different projects it may not be based on your experience. Some PMs are better than others and while some have non-experience related personal biases when picking people for their projects. The client you work with is who actually matters once you get in.

Overall this company is run by a good management team but there is a lot of turnover largely because there is limited opportunity for career growth. If you are right out of school and looking to get started this may very well be the place to kick start your career but do note that this is not the place to stick around for the long haul as your salary and growth potential is capped.
