EMN8's Snapfinger Division – Alpharetta, GA 30005*

EMN8/Snapfinger, the leading provider of integrated remote ordering and pre-payment solutions for the restaurant industry, is looking for someone with a minimum of six years in .NET development developing scalable, reliable and robust transactional web-based products. Experience with restaurant point of sale systems is highly desired.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working for an exciting, innovative, fast growing company in the Atlanta area. Your primary responsibility will be working with a team of BA’s and Developers to deliver products built to meet requirements for Snapfinger’s online and mobile food ordering solutions, which allow customers to place take-out orders at restaurants. You will:

Play a lead role in establishing a robust, scalable, and flexible technical architecture and make recommendations for improvements.

Work in a variety of software disciplines, and must be able to work with Business Analysts and Developers to refine product requirements and deliver products built to these requirements.

Provide your extensive hands-on technical expertise coupled with ingenuity and leadership skills to help the team achieve the desired business outcome.

Use your experience storyboarding, prototyping and developing complex technical solutions to best solve business requirements.

Provide expert level of programming, design, analysis, and mentoring.

Be responsible for iteratively and incrementally improving both products and processes.

What you need to qualify:

6 + years in .NET development role with proven experience in developing scalable, reliable and robust transactional web-based products.

BS or above in Computer Science or related engineering field or equivalent education-experience.

Must be highly proficient in a majority of the following domains: .NET, asp.net, MVC, WFC, MS SQL, C#, TFS, AJAX, XML/XSL, JavaScript, VB Script, Web Services, SSL, HTTP, Web Application Security, Performance Tuning, Platform Configuration/Tuning, Load Balancing, Clustering, and Web Farms.

Extensive experience with formal software development methodologies and processes.

Expert knowledge in object oriented design concepts, service architectures, and application development using relational databases.

Must have exposure to complete product life cycle, with formal training or experience in software revision control and test methodologies.

Extensive technology and/or industry knowledge is preferred, especially in the area of researching new and emerging technologies to realize development or product cost efficiencies.

Ability to provide leadership and communicate effectively verbally and through written documentation, meetings and presentations to local and off shored team.

Results oriented and readily demonstrate comprehensive use of formal software development methodologies to achieve the desired business outcome.
