ERA Brokers located in downtown St. George is looking for a high energy, self-starter who wants to work in a team environment as a part time receptionist/office assistant.
- Primary receptionist for the St. George office
- Greet customers/agents at front desk/door
- Answer incoming calls
- Administrative assistant to the Principal Broker
- Assist other office staff and agents as needed
- Real estate data entry
- Sort, scan, and file mail daily
- Manage office supplies and vending machine
- Obtain notary license
Expected hours are 10am-3pm M-F (25 hours per week) Must be flexible to work additional hours if needed.
Applicants should be organized and dependable with good phone and communication skills. Computer and general technology proficiency is mandatory. Must be willing to take responsibility for assignments and see them through without excessive supervision.
Compensation: $11.00/hr. Part Time (25+- hours per week)
