Euclid Management Company is one of the largest property management companies in the Inland Empire. We are looking for a sharp person for our Escrow and Collections Department. Position would be working in our corporate office in Upland, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
*Preparation of HOA escrow demand and HOA governing documents.
*High phone volume.
*Corresponding with delinquent owners, escrow officers, lenders, attorneys, etc.
*Copying, filing, general office and clerical.
*Other duties as assigned or required.
Required skills and experience include:
*Escrow, HOA, property management and/or mortgage experience preferred.
*Must have excellent customer service skills.
*Very detail orientated with good follow up skills and the ability to multi-task.
*Strong phones skills.
*General office and basic clerical experience.
*Good computer skills - Microsoft Word, basic Excel, Outlook.
*Data entry experience.
*Typing required of at least 40 wpm.
*Good grammar and writing skills required.
Starting salary is $10-11 per hour (flexible based upon skills and experience).
