If you want to work hard for little rewards this is the place for you
Secretary (Former Employee), OshkoshApril 16, 2013
Pros: your co-workers
Cons: long hours, low pay, short deadlines, no overtime
This company is in a state of flux. A lot of experience went out the door last year that they can never replace. There is no CEO, but lots of VPs running the operation

Management is difficult to work with and will not go to bat for the "little" guy.

The co-workers are amazing, that is what keep the company running. They are like family. the down side – more... is that they are always working to meet impossible deadlines.

What the company stands for is why most of the people go there to work. The morals it was built on still continue to this day. – less

Fun and entertaining work environment
Flight line Volunteer (Former Employee), Oshkosh, WIOctober 22, 2012
Working amongst pilots and airplanes. Was a great experience to spread the news of general aviation and work with those with a passion for aviation.
