Our Security Officers will receive the training needed to provide quality security functions. This Officer can be elgible for lateral transfers within the company to one of our Contracts if all requirements are met. Officers will perform random foot patrols and services at the sites. You may be selected to supervise a shift and act as a relief to the manager during off hours or for limited absences and conduct roving patrols and incident response in numerous types of facilities, You will direct others in a variety of emergency situations. Armed Security Officer'swill conduct foot and / or vehicle patrol (interior and / or exterior), control access and egress, monitor television and alarm systems, compose reports, deter criminal activity and misconduct, and perform other duties as specified in specific assignments or post orders. Role Responsibility: Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards request assistance of police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons Warn and or arrest violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits. Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities provide assistance to customers, employees, tenants, and visitors in a courteous and professional
Must be currently Armed CLEET Certified Officer in the state of Oklahoma with current and active bond and insurance as required by law. Must possess a valid driver's License, and dependable vehicle and cell phone.Skills Required Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors. Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively and identify critical issues quickly and accurately. Attention to detail Must be able to work flexible schedules. Must not use illegal drugs. $200 sign-on bonus after 30 days of excellent performance.
