Close all the Indiana stores. The Home Office has forgotten about the state entirely. The stores are too expensive and lacking in customers. What used to be a great concept is just a failed experiment. If you're thinking of applying, don't. There are better opportunities elsewhere.
Invest in training your Team Members. Perhaps its time to stop opening new stores and focus on the ones that need fixed and properly staffed. If not, then sell the company to someone who cares, or can run it properly.
Get in your stores. Home office is clueless about what is going on in store and what uphill battles we face on a daily basis.
Close the Indiana market. Home office has abandoned those stores and you can tell.
Focus on the vegan customers with real healthy products. For example, just stop sending those disgusting newsletters/promotions with photos of animal flesh with the words "be my healthy" for Valentine's Day. It's ridiculous.
Offer better benefits to employees, better prices on products, training employees needs to be improved
