About EasilyDo’s Product Management & Development Team:
The EasilyDo Product Management and Development team is the creative force responsible for the overall product experience on iOS and Android platforms today. As a Product Manager at EasilyDo, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution.

A Product Manager at EasilyDo plays a vital role inside and outside the team. S/he is tasked with working collaboratively with the executive team, designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users. They must author new ideas and concepts for EasilyDo while also refining existing features to continually improve adoption and delight.

The Product Management Team is an integral voice in the future of EasilyDo and our quest to be on every smartphone. As our reach and impact continues to grow, we force ourselves to rapidly evolve our thinking and take calculated risks to help people live and work better. A Product Manager at EasilyDo plays a vital role inside and outside our organization. S/he is tasked with working collaboratively with the design team to launch new products and evolve existing ones. To keep pace with our continued success, we are adding a highly talented Product Manager to help us accomplish our goals and continue to build category defining products. Responsibilities:
*Own delivery of product initiatives and releases and each app release from conception to post-launch problem solving
*Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases.
*Collaborate with the larger team and create the product vision and strategy
*Prioritize and sequence product initiatives against a mandate
*Impart a sense of product and functional design that has broad-appeal, is eye-catching, modern and inviting
*Work closely with Development and Design teams to build the best product experience
*Collaborate with remote developers and stakeholders
*Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones
*Perform market research and analysis. Owns and communicates user engagement metrics.

Requirements and Skills:
*Natural leader with proven ability to innovate and drive great product design
*3-5 years of product management or design experience with a focus on software and/or mobile products and technologies
*Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
*Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, customer support, finance or marketing
*Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
*Experience managing mobile or desktop applications on at least one of the following: Web, Android, or iOS (experience on multiple a plus)
*Proven experience managing projects for systems that inspire users to use them again with a focus on speed of use
*Experience in consumer-facing software in an app-store or experience developing transactional applications (web or desktop) aimed at productivity, retail, hospitality, finance or traveling
*Passion for EasilyDo and new technology
*Ability to prioritize tasks for a development team
*Ability to distill key issues from user feedback and to implement or manage practical solutions
*Passion for great consumer products or experiences
*Agility and flexibility to iterate or change direction based on external feedback
*An ability and desire to output clear communicative documentation for use in development, including redlined images and technical specifications
*BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
*Able to work in our Mountain View, CA office. Sorry - no relocation available.
