In January 2016, East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) and East Bay Center, Inc. (EBC) merged to create an Accountable Care Entity – opening the doors for numerous possibilities for clients, the communities served, and for staff!

EBCAP strives to be recognized as the premier Health and Human Service Agency in the East Bay. Who do we serve?
In calendar year 2015, EBCAP served approximately 22,500 individuals. On January 1, 2016, EBCAP merged with the East Bay Center (EBC) and added behavioral health services to its continuum of services. EBC services approximately 2,500 patients annually.
