has bullish & foul language employees

Typical day was dealing directly with customers and doing never-ending paper work. I learned Nothing that I did not already know. Found that upper management uses the "buddy system", rather than follow company policies. Most were nice people, but, some used foul language loud enough that customers could hear it. The hardest part was upper management NOT helping resolve the "bullish" and "trouble-makers" issue that intimdated others in the workplace. The most enjoyable part was working with a few co-workers that really cared about helping the customers.
