HR Department holds too much power

The personnel department distributes unfair and questionable discipline in an overwelmningly subjective manner. Company progression and growth has advanced too rapidly for certain departments to adequately perform their jobs. Personnel, quality, and lower management are suffering due to said growth and the workforce are the ones paying the consiquences. The top level management team are knowledgeable, progressive, and just people. It is a shame the company does not have the time or people to see the narcissist, power hungry, self righteous yes men/women that are given too much trust and leniency as a result for conducting in a manner most favoring to people above them.
Must sacrifice free time to keep up with necessary cost of living.
