Enjoy the rewards with working with typical children and children with special needs.
Autism Coordinator/Instructor (Current Employee) –  Spring Lake, NCOctober 15, 2012
A typical day is making sure the needs of the children are being met through the staff. Ensuring that staff are addressing and working towards the goals according to the children IEP's. Making sure staff are promoting inclusion in the classroom setting along with providing a fun and safe learning enviorment. Supporting co-workers, staff, management and families throughout the day. The hardest part of the job is going through the day making sure that you are or have met the needs of the children, staff and management. The most enjoyable part is knowing that you have made a differents in someone's life.
