Mental health worker (Former Employee) – Easter seals – November 2, 2013
The culture of this company is backwards and they pretend to care about people with disabilities. The pay is ok but you pay enormous amounts of money out of pocket for healthcare. Management is mostly rude and feel their employees are dispensible. They lie and cheat their employees but expect you to work unbelievable hours until you burn out.
Mobile Crisis Shift Lead Therapist (Current Employee) – Goldsboro, NC – January 15, 2018
I love my job, it's simple and stress free. My supervisor is hardworking and she provides a lot of clinical expertise. My only downfall is the staff, you really have to watch your back (But then I guess that's at any job). Overall, its a pretty good place to work.
