Graduate Assistant of Orchestras and Library Page (Former Employee) – Cheney, WA – July 25, 2013
I served as a library page, a music librarian and a Graduate Assistant. I learned so much when I was there and I did many duties within JFK Library and the Music Department. I maintained shelves, checked in books, checked out books and shelved media. I did PR for the concerts and wrote program notes. I loved those jobs very much! They taught me some great skills.
The work, the people, the management, the hours
Wish I was still a music librarian and library page (I graduated)

Fiscal Analyst III (Current Employee) – Cheney, WA – November 20, 2017
EWU really does have a sense of "family" associated with it. What I love about working here is that they are really good about hiring their graduates which to me says they have confidence in the education they provide. The people are friendly and tend to work here for years.
You get to interact with the students!
Not often positions open to further your career due to people staying in their jobs.
Academic Program Manager (Current Employee) – Cheney, WA – November 15, 2017
Pros This is a university that is really helping people every single day and it's exciting to be part of it. Management is firmly committed to helping persons served and employees to do their best. Cons This isn't really a con but there is a realistic expectation that every employee should work hard to do their job and get it done. That isn't for everyone so you must stay committed and management is supportive in that.
