Easy Bistro & Bar is seeking sous chef candidates with previous experience in a casual upscale or fine dining kitchen, able to perform in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of BOH management experience, with an eagerness to continue their education alongside others, while maintaining a strong team structure.
The sous chef will work AM prep along with some dinner service. Responsibilities include: BOH management, ordering, inventory management, menu development and production.
