Cheated and lied to. This place is a complete joke. Obviously they don't read reviews to attempt to make a change. Management are snakes take everything they say with a grain of salt.

Clinical Assessment Specialist (Current Employee) –  Austin, TXSeptember 25, 2017
ERC is a great place to work. A typical day at work is very routine and predictable. I learned a lot about eating disorders. The management is very approachable and human.

Mental Health Tech III (Former Employee) –  Denver, COAugust 31, 2017
ERC was a great job. Wonderful charge nurses and patient treatment was respectful. There were programs in place for moving out of in-patient and continuity of care was well established.

Primary Therapist (Current Employee) –  San Antonio, TXAugust 14, 2017
The PTO, health insurance, and 401k can't be beat (at least not in a service provider's field!).
The team in San Antonio is supportive and my supervisor is caring, very professional, and has years of experience.
Overall, a great place to work.
Pros
excellent medical/dental benefits, ample PTO, caring & trustworthy coworkers
Cons
long days, having to eat food that isn't always awesome (or your choice)

High Turnover
Business Office (Former Employee) –  Denver, COAugust 5, 2017
The mission of the company and the care that is provided to patients is excellent, but the company itself is terrible. I have never worked somewhere with a higher turnover rate, and favoritism lends itself to lazy liars. Anyone who works hard will burn out quickly.
Pros
Great mission, helping people
Cons
Toxic work environment

Terrible place to work!
Southeast Professional Relations Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMay 21, 2017
This company is the worst place to work. There is not life balance. The management does not care about it's people and the turnover rate is really high. They promise things they don't provide. There is a small group of managers that run the entire company and watch out for themselves at the price of sacrificing others. Run to any other job you can find.

Patient Care Assistant (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMay 3, 2017
High turn over in multiple departments. Due to poor management and not fair compensation of employees.
The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that you are making a positive impact on someone else's life.

The only way to move ahead in this company is to be in good with upper management. You must be a YES man/woman to advance. This place can not hold on to good people.

Not worth it
Patient Care Assistant (Former Employee) –  Denver COMarch 23, 2017
While the compensation is pretty good (it's definitely not a "nonprofit") the money has become the goal of this company. Managers who used to be staff friendly now are too power/money hungry to care about anyone or anything that doesn't bring in high revenue. The patients are great and that part was always rewarding, but if you aren't a management favorite, expect to have many disappointments and watch other, less qualified and less experienced to excel, mostly because they have the "look" the company wants to portray. This is a very high society type of mental health treatment facility and patient care and staff satisfaction have never been the top priority ($$$$$)
Pros
interactions with patients
Cons
lack of concern for employees, management, belittling of employees, no work life balance, inappropriate work environment, clear favorites among managment towards staff

Not the best place to work anymore
Supervisor (Current Employee) –  ColoradoMarch 23, 2017
No compassion for employees, negative culture with very high turnover. Work life balance is non existent. Management doesn't know what happens on the floor and at times try to micro manage. They let good people leave and don't appreciate them. They tend to make positions for their favorites who don't have any experience and move them around without posting the new positions for others to apply. They used to be the best place ever but growth has been phenomenal and they are not interested in keeping good employees.
Pros
the people
Cons
stress

PCS-4 (Current Employee) –  Aurora, COMarch 7, 2017
I loved to have the ability to help kids that are in trouble and need help. The turn over did make it a little difficult but there are great people there.

Benefits Assistant (Former Employee) –  Denver, COFebruary 16, 2017
There were many times I and other went to upper management with issues or complaints, including the CEO with absolutely no response. Not a good culture, not a good feel for employees.
Cons
Far too many to list.
