Management is inept and instead of taking blame for their failures they take it out on employees, but they believe they are the only ones that matter and HR agrees and will side with a manager on any discrepancy regardless of the severity, i.e. threats of bodily harm or continued employment, misconduct,inappropriate language and behavior, etc.
Some employees tend to follow the managers example leading to divides among coworkers. Cut throat environment where you cannot trust anyone with anything. Your coworker will gladly throw you under the bus or set you up for failure to make themselves look good. While other coworkers will attempt to scrutinize your work secretly looking for the slightest of error, i.e. your 7 looks almost like a 1, even though they know they misread it they will gladly use it to their advantage.
The only thing Echostar is good for is padding a resume with experience.
No growth. Not a single promotion after 5 yrs of going above and beyond my job title and specifications, just excuse after excuse for why they couldn't promote.
