Arrived each morning to process previous day finance, get set up to begin new day, process payroll, set up daily tasks for associates, process paperwork. Ensure all areas of store is ready for a pleasant shopping experience for customer. I learned valuable lessons in finance, organization, merchandising, people skills, customer relationship. I learn hiring techniques, training skills and interacting with a wide range of people. I learned to work within the confines of limit resources, both financial and human resources.
