Working at EcoLab

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Ecolab? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Ecolab?

Whatever happened to this company? Ecolab was a strong highly desirable company in the late 1990s.

I have an interview with ecolab for pest elimination, What do you do?, how is the hiring process?, Where do you get your training?, How long? How regularly do you get paid? and any thing you wanna share. Thank you..

Curious, I dont see anyone posting anything about the Boston area. Everyone that is complaining, or praising, Ecolab is in a different area than New England. Any thoughts? How is it to work for them there? Is it such a huge market that there will be a lot of pressure? Is it worth taking the job if I were to go for it? Does it pay well? Than you.

What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does Ecolab stack up against the competition?

hello, i was laid off from a long term position in may & have yet to find a decent position. i been offered a couple but they were not something i would be content doing for any length of time. i am 56 years old, i do not have an associates degree or any other degree aside from my ged, i am not bilingual & i can not afford to work for anything less than 10$ per hour & that is only marginally acceptable (i have been making 15$ an hour for the past 4 years). i am not being snitty or hard azzed about this, florida has become very expensive to live in & my home is also in a fema designated flood zone. is anyone else having such a difficult time? thanx much patty

Anyone out there who currently holds this position or has in the past? I am looking at potentially making a move from an industrial sales job to this position within Ecolab. Can you shed some light on pay, type of work, typical week etc.? Any information or opinions are always appreciated. Thanks!

Why is it so difficult to apply for a job? Always encountering error prompts and inactive pages
