eCollege.com (eCollege) is an outsource provider of value-added information services to the post-secondary education industry. eCollege has two business segments: eLearning division and Enrollment division (Datamark). Datamark provides integrated enrollment-marketing services to the post-secondary school industry. Until October 2006, the business of the Enrollment division was reported as a separate segment. As a result of the Company’s decision to initiate a process for the sale of the Enrollment division, the results of operations of the Enrollment division as of december 31, 2006, are reported as discontinued operations.
