Bad working space and unfair management

I got 16 years of IT industry experience. i have never seen such careless management and unprofessional working space. It is also unfair in terms of employee reviews. Hard work is not appreciated and the employees who have stayed in the company the longest literally bully the weak management for higher raise. Serious loop holes in the process of customer support, software development and handling of clients.
