Ecumenical News is an international online news resource reporting on global ecumenical developments, churches, ministries and general news developments from a Christian perspective. It also reports on the intersection of other faiths with Christianity.
The goal of the publication is to serve those who use it by providing insights and coverage that do not favor any church or denomination over any other, but with the ecumenical goal of the unity of the Church.
Applicants should be self-motivated and interested in Christianity and ecumenism.
Candidates should be comfortable working and communicating in an online environment, while being prepared to pitch possible stories.
Ideal candidates will need familiarity with online audiences and be able to react quickly to breaking news. At least a Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field is preferred.
