  I have been applying online to the BAuer site for a while now. I have over twenty years in the catalog industry which includes over 15 years in the fashion side. My applications online seem to fall on deaf ears. I have tried to talk to people directly to show them my enthusiasm for the positions but can not get past the front desk. This is very frustrating. What does anyone recommend? Do you know someone on the inside? They could surely benefit from my experience. They do not even accept cover letters in their aplication system.
