Community Manager (Current Employee) –  Kent, OHFebruary 19, 2017
I have never felt so content with a company. They allow you the opportunity to create the experience you want to achieve. Zero drama. Excellent supervisors. Continuous growth opportunities, and training to get you there. And no pressure if you want to stay where you're at.
Pros
too many too list, for real.
Cons
none.

This company truly values their employees. They make it their mission to make sure all employees are properly trained, supported, and heard. They also value their residents and continue to improve their properties to meet the needs of their customers.

A great job to have with the right staffing and enthusiasm!!!
Leasing Professional / Senior Community Assistant (Current Employee) –  Tallahassee, FLApril 27, 2016
A typical day at work would consist of leasing inquiries (online, phone calls, and walk-ins), contracting operations, logging of package deliveries via USPS, providing information to prospects/ residents about property offers, specials, and/or upcoming events, conducting follow-up contacts, walking apartment units for move-in, and completing in-office tasks given by management.

By obtaining a position as a leasing professional, I've learned how to generate lease documents, intervene on roommate issues, multitask at maximum effort, provide assistance for smaller work orders in which maintenance is unavailable, plan and host community events, complete market surveys, train incoming staff members, execute sale goals and beyond required by management.

Management needs heavy improvement with communicating and following through with property repairs/expectations.

My coworkers are all enjoyable to work with and look for further opportunities to enhance their skills.

The hardest part of the job is when management overlook your capabilities and make you feel underappreciated.

The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting residents, their families, and making a positive influence in their lives while they matriculate through college.
Pros
Commission, Flexibility, and Potential Career Opportunities
Cons
Hiring of "Friends"by Management that inhibits productivity in the workplace.

Resident Services Manager (Former Employee) –  Oxford, MSApril 16, 2015
Everyday was different and a learning experience but it was an stable environment. Most all of my co-workers were very happy and upbeat. Hardest part of the job was getting college students to understand the rules and regulations. Most enjoyable part of the job was the majority of the staff.
Pros
Great benefits and compensation
Cons
Training

Small company with updated machinery needed.
Plant Manager (Former Employee) –  Rome, GAApril 16, 2012
We gather clothes from all stores, separate them, stain fight them, wash them, press them, check for quality, and bag them. Then they are ready to go back to the stores and the customer. Hardest part of the job was running the plant with old and broken down equipment and still get things out on time.
Cons
no healthcare, no real vacation time.
