Great mission
Director (Former Employee) –  Oakland, CAApril 19, 2017
Great mission but not always effectively executed. An increased focus on people would improve the overall culture.

Great and smart people to work with, on the ground, senior leadership not as strong. Not always values diverse voices or opinion.

As with many nonprofits, long hours but a remote culture which helps given the long hours.
Pros
Great staff to work with
Cons
Inability to meet goals
