Lead Teacher in Toddler Classroom (Former Employee) –  Buffalo, NYNovember 10, 2016
Deserve better pay and benefits from wealthy company. For teachers who have a bachelors or masters degree, they deserve a lot more for what they have worked so hard to obtain.

Productive and fun workplace
Head Teacher in Early Childhood Education Program (Former Employee) –  Buffalo, NYAugust 9, 2016
Great place for a caregiver to start off in. The job is a little stressful, not because of the children, but due to ratio varying the age group you want to work with. Co-workers are awesome and owners.
Pros
Caring for children.
Cons
No room to grow for salary increase.

The Company it self has an amazing message and offers a great service. The high management seems to lack respect and appreciation of the teachers.

Fun place to work, but low pay
o Teacher Assistant (Current Employee) –  buffalo, new yorkApril 7, 2015
Edukids is a fun place to work where you meet a lot of great people. Teachers and assistants plan out activities to do with the age group they work with. It is a lot of physical work and a lot of moving all day. It is a good job but there is not really any room to grow or move up unless you have a degree in teaching. The co-workers are really nice, but the hardest part of the job is not being in ratio a lot of the time, and being left alone with a lot of children if there isn't enough staff for that day.
Cons
Low pay, not always in ratio.
