RN Staff Nurse, Naperville, IL - June 27, 2017
Clinical office staff wasn't being held to higher expectations, this made for work that was mediocre. New staff wasn't properly trained in my opinion and therefore caused immense stress on those that had to pick up the slack. Supervisor favored those she liked. If you questioned her in any manor, she would defend herself by bringing up your own mistakes and shortcomings. MD's had constant mood changes depending on their schedules. Staff was pleasant however and were easy to get along with. Hours were good.
