We are a growing company in Burtonsville, MD, currently seeking a hard-working, customer-focused individual interested in working on a part-time to full-time basis. This position will be responsible for general administrative work, primarily with spreadsheets, web based programs and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who is willing to wear many hats and do what it takes to get the job done.

  • High level of professionalism; articulate, with an excellent and courteous phone presence

  • Demonstrated customer focus with excellent follow-thru skills
  • Outstanding computer skills – adept with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as the proven ability to learn new software programs
  • Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to work independently with a strong attention to accuracy and detail


  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School degree or equivalent; advanced coursework/degree a plus
  • Customer Service experience is beneficial
  • Working knowledge of web-based programs is preferred
