Lot's of opportunity to get involved across accounts. Great co-workers and project teams with diverse backgrounds and experience. Management could be more supportive of better ways to conduct business.
Senior Consultant / Project Manager (Current Employee) – Washington, DC – July 8, 2016
This is a great company with solid leadership from the CEO down. I feel that there needs to be slightly more transparency on the career path beginning with Day 1 onsite, but overall was an enjoyable experience.

-Most of the Project Managers are clueless and could care less about the people doing the actual work. They show their face and pretend to care, but it's really about showboating around and brown nosing the client. -There is no training, so be prepared for "sink or swim" and you will be held accountable for your work come review time. You will have to teach yourself everything and learn through fire. -Executive team at HQ is a "good old boy network".....either you're in or you're out. For a minority woman owned business, they are far from inclusive and diverse. And don't file an EEO complaint, because that will just put a target on your back. -Do yourself a favor.....go work for a large company that has some structure and organization.
Competitive salary and good benefits
Useless PM's and Directors, HR is a revolving door so nothing gets resolved, They don't care about their employees....only $$$
Technical Leader (Current Employee) – Arlington, VA – September 1, 2015
Quick turnaround consulting firm in DC. Lost small business status so having a rough time finding new work. I enjoyed my time but found that the firm constantly would bow down to clients even when clients were incorrect. All government

eGlobalTech is a great place to work for employees at the beginning of their careers. The management team takes an interest in improving professional skills, the office atmosphere is smaller and friendly, and doors are always open.
friendly atmosphere, genuine interest in employee growth.
benefits not the greatest, not a lot of training opportunities
Management (Former Employee) – Arlington, VA – July 17, 2013
This is one of the worst companies to work for in the National Capital region. There is tremendous turnover in the management ranks due to a total lack of respect for anyone's opinions, beliefs, perspectives or experience. There are NO defined processes to speak of and the President and Vice President just shoot from the hip most of the time. They will drive their staff into the ground to respond to all RFPs, yet let their contracts wither and die with absolutely no support from corporate. The goal here is to secure as many BPAs as possible with an utter lack of regard for their staff or their clients. Quality is consistently an issue, and once corporate gets involved their is a propensity to make it work. Hires are made with no real experience with the clients and subject matters that they are put in charge of.

eGT is a small business that has grown significantly in a relatively short amount of time. Management values excellence, teamwork, and creativity. People who do well here are at the top of their game and have a positive outlook on what can be accomplished as a team.
